PACKAGING AND SHIPPING:

All packaging is done for the best protection of the merchandise. All shipping is done by the US Post Office, Priority Mail and Insured, unless otherwise specifically requested and you will be told prior to your mailing payment what these charges are, if you are mailing payment.

All customers outside of the U.S. must make special arrangements, conforming to the rules and restrictions between the U.S. and your individual country at the time of purchase. Please inquire for specific information

GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE:

Gift Wrapping service is available upon request for an extra charge. Please arrange for this at the time of purchase.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates are available upon request in the denominations of US .00 and above. Please inquire for details and special handling arrangements.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Bank Checks, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders are accepted means of payment. We pride ourselves on speedy shipment of items and do our best to help with any "needed by" date you may have on your agenda.

LAY-A-WAY:

Lay-A-Way is only available with a total purchase exceeding US.00. The policy is for 1/3 of the total amount (excluding any applicable sales tax and shipping fees) upon deposit, 1/3 within one month's time and Payment In Full at the end of the next calendar month (one month is 30 calander days). No reminder will be sent to you. If you exceed this time limit without express permission, in writing (or via E-mail) from the Owner directly, all monies paid will be forfeited. There will be NO REFUNDS if payment is not received in a timely manner.

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please be sure to contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise for a "Return Notification Verification Slip" that must be enclosed in the return package. The return of an item must be shipped and received back to us within 7 working days or we will consider that you have changed your mind and decided to keep the item. There will be NO RETURNS after the specified date.

PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
